Homeowners: You may post job requests and contact tradespeople through our platform for free.

Tradespeople: You receive 60 days worth of free job leads when you purchase your first month's subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription Plans

Tradespeople subscriptions include:

• Starter Plan: £9.99/month - Unlimited job leads + apply to unlimited jobs
• Grow Plan: £19.99/month - Everything in Starter + priority matching & featured badge
• Pro Plan: £29.99/month - Everything in Grow + top-tier visibility & priority support

All subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. New members receive 60 days worth of free job leads with their first month subscription.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel future renewals.

The 60 days of free job leads are provided in addition to your first month subscription and are non-refundable once your subscription begins.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems
• Share account credentials with others

6. Tradesperson Verification

While we encourage tradespeople to verify their credentials, Compare My Builder is not responsible for verifying the qualifications, licenses, or insurance of tradespeople on the platform.

Homeowners should conduct their own due diligence before hiring.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compare My Builder acts as a connection platform only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of work performed by tradespeople
• Disputes between homeowners and tradespeople
• Any damages arising from services arranged through our platform
• Payment disputes (payments are handled directly between parties)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Compare My Builder, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

Users retain rights to content they upload but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
