Dave Wilson / Perfect Plaster & Paint was hired to replaster the entire house (8 rooms). He completed only 5 of the 8 rooms before stopping work and claiming the job was done. He has refused to return to complete the remaining 3 rooms (two bedrooms and the landing) despite multiple requests. Paid 80% of the agreed price upfront.
